If an item is in your shopping cart IT MIGHT NOT BE HELD FOR LONG. People have reported that items in their shopping carts have “disappeared” (been purchased by someone else) as they continued to browse. If you really love something, buy it! You can do multiple purchases. If you Email me with your order numbers I’ll combine into one package and refund over-paid shipping.
Once it hits 12pm the listings will not jut appear. What I have seen works best is refreshing the page by clicking on the ‘One Of A Kinds’ menu on the top right of any page, maybe several times until the updated site loads. Simply refreshing your browser may also work, try both.
The glass will be posted below this text section, make sure to scroll down to see if they appeared. The listings are programed by squarespace to be viewable at 12pm PST, it won’t be in my control at that point. If you don’t see them, reload again. Otherwise it will be do to your device, signal, reception etc. Ahead of time you can: on a phone/tablet make sure to update your browser etc. Close other applications or browser tabs, they may be slowing you down. Get closer to your wifi connection or in a place with good reception. Have a cup of tea or gin & tonic close at hand. I hope this helps you get your favorite piece!!!!
If you are local to Portland and would like to pick up your item from my North Portland shop, enter code PORTLANDLOCAL at checkout for no shipping charge. I’ve also created a ‘Local Pickup’ button at checkout, so you have two options if one isn’t working. Please email me with your order number and type ‘Local Pickup’ in the Subject and I will send pickup instructions/time windows. If you are not in Portland and use this code it will delay your order.
Even though these pieces are already made and ready to ship, with the volume of orders that come in at the time of a shop update, it still may take up to 3 weeks for your item to ship. Please email with any questions.
Sadly I cannot hold or pre-sell any items. To be fair to everyone, all items will become available at the same time.
Also, I may not respond to dm’s, messages, comments, or emails on the day of the the update, unless it is in regards to technical issues with the website. Why? It’s too hectic and my aim is for the sale to run smoothly. I’ll do my best to answer what I can.

International shipping quotes can be done over email for items still available or regularly offered. Quotes may take several days to gather all information so may not work for this type of sale. Please feel free to contact me.
